Chris kept me well informed throughout the entire process, responding promptly to my questions, and explaining complex information clearly. He was very well informed on the understanding of the local market, including property values, pricing, & insights regarding particular neighborhood(s). Chris spent a lot of time getting to know me and my "wish list" of items in a home and then helping me find properties that matched this criteria and were in my budget, paying close attention to the details. He put forth significant effort to ensure the property was just right for myself (a single mom) and my kiddo. When the initial property I put an offer on fell through due to inspection findings, he was patient, supportive, and gave great advice. I followed it and ultimately ended up purchasing a different property shortly thereafter that was a much better overall choice for us in the end.
